The CISAMN doctrine
CISAMN helps people and systems adapt together through integration, mutual adaptation, and continuity.
Integration is not assimilation. It is full participation in community life: culture, work, business, education, civic participation, relationships, local leadership, public safety, language access, neighborhood life, and everyday trust.
How do newcomers become fully seen, welcomed, equipped, and included?
Adaptation is mutual. Newcomers learn written and unwritten systems, and systems also learn from newcomers.
How can people and systems adjust so participation becomes easier, clearer, safer, and more productive?
Continuity means follow-through. A referral, workshop, welcome message, or first meeting is not enough. People need trusted pathways, warm handoffs, practical guidance, and a place to return when life changes.
